BERLIN, Dec 10 (ZIZ): The European Film Academy’s grand celebration of cinematic excellence unfolded last night in a dazzling gala attended by 1,000 luminaries from across the globe, including nominees, presenters, and international guests. This prestigious event marked the crowning moment of Europe’s film landscape, recognizing outstanding achievements in the realm of European cinema.

The spotlight shone brightest on “ANATOMY OF A FALL” directed by Justine Triet, which claimed five prestigious awards, including Best European Film, Director, Actress, Scriptwriter, and the Excellence Award for Editing. This triumph solidified the film’s place as a standout in European cinema, capping off the grand finale of the Academy’s “MONTH OF EUROPEAN FILM,” initiated a month prior.

Matthijs Wouter Knol, CEO, and director of the European Film Academy, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “It was an honor to provide a platform for these immensely talented European filmmakers, showcasing their captivating movies that reflect the myriad facets of human life.
