European premieres are also set for Amanda Kramer’s “So Unreal” and Ann Hui’s “Elegies,” adding to the rich tapestry of cinematic experiences awaiting attendees. Moreover, Omar Hilal’s “Voy! Voy! Voy!”—Egypt’s Oscars submission—will have its European premiere at the festival.

The festival’s outreach extends beyond the event itself, with the Preview Tour offering audiences across the Netherlands a sneak peek into the festival’s program. Additionally, the IFFR Pro programme will host a range of events, including the co-production market CineMart, talent programmes, and initiatives to foster media inclusion and outreach.
